How to reposition th e Debt Collector Offices, creating a positive image before the press, the leaders’ opinion and society in general? LS accepted to face this challenge and, among a series of communication efforts, created a social action campaign: Protesto do Bem. Its main objective is to use the capillarity of the Debt Collector
Offices of the State.: GRAACC – Support Group for Adolescents and Children with Cancer.
Each of the state’s 426 Protest Notaries was involved in the campaign, publicizing it among its users and encouraging the entire population to donate resources to GRAACC. For this, posters, flyers, buttons and a series of promotional materials were created, produced and delivered to notaries.
In addition, a strong online advertising campaign on social networks and search engines disseminates the website (www.protestodobem.com.br) created by LS especially to concentrate donations from individuals. At the same time, a concentrated effort by the press office has disseminated the action between local and regional media.
The result of all this effort has been the best possible. In addition to the start of a change in mentality in relation to the role of the Protest Notaries in society, the engagement in social networks has been as great as the amounts collected for the institution.
